Mapeamento de susceptibilidade a incêndios florestais no Parque Nacional de Chapada dos Guimarães - MT

Currently, conservation units (CU), especially in the cerrado, have frequently been set on fire by the action of nature society. The development of preventive and fire-fighting measures is necessary in this biome. Therefore, the present work aimed to develop a parametric analysis of forest fire risks for the Chapada dos Guimarães National Park and its buffer zone (ZA) located in the State of Mato Grosso. Individual forest fire risk maps were prepared relating to the proximity of roads and urban areas (H), land use and coverage (U), slope (D), altimetry (A) and soil temperature (T) . The parametric analysis was carried out through the sum of the weighted average carried out using the values stipulated for each variable according to its ignition influence, the equation was represented as: IR: 4H +3U + 1D + 1A + 1T. The results characterized the risk areas according to their classifications, presenting 5.97% of the land with extreme risk, 18.59% with high risk, 49.60% with moderate risk, 21.99% with low risk and 3 .85% with very low risk areas. However, the risk analysis revealed that the proximity to the urban areas of the ZA, to highways and the activities carried out by pasture and tourism, have been shown to be the main risk factors in the emergence of forest fire outbreaks, with the potential risk of entering the limits of the National Park.
